Does the job!: Used this product to clear blocked-up ears to try and help to clear any ear wax. Easier to use than drops as it delivers one spray at a time with no misses ..you can do it yourself without any problem. It worked for me and recommended it to my elderly mum who found it so much easier to use.

Rubal / 5.0 out of 5 stars

Itchy ear no more!: I often experience itchy ears, but thankfully, I found a solution that works wonders. After just a few days of using it, the issue is completely resolved.

Andy / 5.0 out of 5 stars

Best earwax remover I've used!: I`d had stubborn earwax in one ear that eventually began to make it hard to hear in my left ear. Used this for a week twice a day and it worked wonders, miles better than that well-known other make. Get a big thumbs up from me.

Open the ear canal by gently lifting and pulling outwards on the upper ear.

Spray Earol® once or twice into the blocked ear.

Massage the small bump on the outside of the ear, whilst moving the jaw up and down, and left to right. This helps Earol® adhere fully to the ear canal walls.

Apply Earol® twice daily for 4 or 5 days before wax removal, or once a week after wax removal as a preventative measure.

Frequently Asked Questions

If using Earol® to soften earwax buildup prior to earwax removal, audiologists recommend applying twice daily in each affected ear, for 4-5 days before your appointment.

To use Earol® Olive Oil Spray to prevent earwax build-up, apply the spray just once a week. This will help maintain soft ear wax and healthy ears, without stimulating the earwax-producing glands in the ear canal too much.

With a small, metered dose of olive oil applied to hardened or impacted earwax, the oil is absorbed by the wax, hydrating and loosening the bonds between particles and causing it to break up. It also lubricates the ear canal so that earwax can be removed by an audiologist.

Ear Care Advice

You can find expert answers to common ear care questions in our Ear Care Advice section.

Ears are highly sensitive organs, and looking after them is as important as any other personal hygiene. Cleaning the outer ear regularly with warm soapy water and a gentle cloth is recommended2, but never insert objects smaller than your elbow into the ear canal, as this can push wax further inside and cause blockages.3

Using Earol® weekly can keep earwax soft and prevent build-ups of wax.
